Big Swiss life insurance companies had inserted a clause into the new version of the insurance supervision law via the upper chamber of the Swiss Parliament. This would have meant the end of autonomous collective foundations. Thanks to adept media fine-tuning and with the help of our contacts to important players in the Swiss economy and to lobby organisations, we fended off the attack by the life insurance companies by means of a media campaign and lobby work.
